THE MAYEN
Location
Located in the charming hamlet of Cordona (1240 m), in the commune of Crans-Montana.
On the right bank of the Rhône, this hamlet enjoys an exceptional panoramic view of the plain with excellent sunshine.
This mayen is built on a buildable plot (building zone) of 91 m2, in the "center zone: old village" of Cordona.

For plot no. 3799, the sale only concerns 992 m², corresponding to the transfer of 6/210ths and 70/1050ths of shares.
The properties are sold as is.
