Room layout
On the upper ground floor, the villa opens its door onto an entrance equipped with a dressing room and onto the spacious living room (48 m2), an open space entirely glazed on the south side and opening out onto a large terrace of 27 m2 opening the view onto a wooded strip and the hearing onto the gentle rocking of a stream.
The entrance also gives access, on one side to an office of ?10 m2, on the other to a WC-shower with window of ?3 m2. The open kitchen, which has in particular 3 sinks (2 small + 1 large) and an extractor hood under the worktop (from below), also gives access to a storeroom of ?3 m2.
