Submission Terms:
Interested candidates are requested to submit their complete application including:
- A detailed presentation of the operator (PI - certificate of non-prosecution - last 3 pay slips or balance sheets)
- A description of the proposed concept.
- A business plan.
- A proposal for the amount for the key money.
Experience in managing a tea room or similar establishment will be appreciated.
