You have the possibility to rent an outdoor parking space for CHF 110.- per month in addition.

Your registration file must include the following documents, for all lease holders, including any guarantor:
- Registration application duly completed, dated and signed (to be downloaded from our website: www.realestate.apleona.ch ),
- Copy of your last 3 pay slips,
- Original certificate from the Office of Prosecutions, dated less than 3 months,
- Copy of your identity document (if Swiss nationality) or residence permit.
