The Primavesta Cooperative has built a residence comprising 31 Lada (adapted housing with support) of 2 rooms in the center of Aigle. These accommodations are intended for seniors with AVS and people with disabilities, registered with AI.
The “Le Clos des Messageries” Residence will open its doors in September 2024 and will allow its tenants to break social isolation and evolve in a space designed to facilitate their mobility. Tenants will therefore be able to take advantage of a community room to participate in activities organized by the social representative present on site part-time.
The apartments (surface area between 55m² and 71m²) will all have a bedroom, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room and a balcony or of a loggia.
On request, the apartments can be equipped with an emergency call system to provide secure supervision 24 hours a day.
Two common laundry rooms will be available on the 1st floor of entrance B and C.
A cellar will be available to please.
