This attic apartment welcomes you with the lovely living room, consisting of a dining table for 4 people and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa and TV to watch a movie with friends. Here, light streams through the panoramic windows that offer a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. In a separate room is the kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home!

There are two bedrooms, a romantic double and a single (a second pull-out single bed is also available on request), making the apartment perfect for families but also for groups of friends who want to visit Ticino.

The apartment is completed by the bathroom with bathtub.
A towel set for each person is included, along with bed linen and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the essentials for breakfast.
Wi-Fi is available to guests.
The apartment has a designated outdoor parking space next to the building.

Mandatory fees that are added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 120 CHF
