The small apartment is equipped with a double bed, a dining table that can also be used as a desk for working and studying, a TV and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom with shower completes the studio apartment (toilet with grab bars and walk-in shower for wheelchair users).
Each apartment has a small private garden with coffee tables and chairs to enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round.
A set of towels is included for each person, along with bed linen and blankets; we also provide you with a courtesy kit. We also provide you with a basket with the essentials for breakfast.
Mandatory fees added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 100 CHF
