This is a two-level loft apartment, tastefully and comfortably furnished to make the vacation for couples and families truly unforgettable! The apartment welcomes you in an open living room consisting of the relaxation area with a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed for the night and the dining area with a table for 4 people. Next to the table is the modern kitchen with everything you need to cook like at home. The window offers a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. A romantic staircase leads to the attic, where there is a double bed and a wall serves as a shelf and drawer element for storing your wardrobe.

A bathroom with a bathtub completes the apartment.

There is a set of towels for each person as well as bed linen and blankets included. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with breakfast essentials.

Free WiFi for guests.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, however you can park in the public parking spaces along the street or in the large communal parking space ( Parking fees apply).

Mandatory costs that are added to the total rent (payable directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 100 CHF
