The apartment is located on the first floor: upon entering you will find the living room with the kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home, a dining table for 4 people and a small balcony overlooking the greenery from which you can have breakfast at dawn or enjoy an aperitif at sunset.
Next door there is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe to store your clothes.
Through a small staircase you access the mezzanine with exposed beams and you can sit on the large sofa that becomes a double bed at night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we consider it appropriate to use the sofa outside sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet / shelf next to the sofa.) or work or watch TV from the desk corner.
Down the stairs there is a bathroom with shower.
A towel set for each person as well as Sheets and blankets are included in the price; we also provide you with a courtesy kit. We also provide a basket with everything you need for breakfast.
Free WiFi for guests.
Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.
Mandatory fees added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: CHF 110
