Charming little 2.5 room apartment of 52m2 located on the 3rd floor.
It is made up of an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a shower room/wc.
Jardinière 117 and 119, a former residential building and an abandoned factory are coming back to life to offer 19 functional and modern housing units. The project consists of the renovation and complete transformation of two adjoining buildings into current housing.
The East building was initially used for housing. It therefore regains its original function. The intervention respects the facades and allows us to get closer to the original image. The attic is inhabited and the installation of an elevator between the two buildings makes it possible to maintain the stairwells.
The object thus offers 11 apartments supplemented by 8 loft-style accommodations in the former factory that constituted the West building. In order to respect the industrial image of the latter's time, balconies were banned and replaced by loggias.
On the lower ground floor, the roof of the future commercial premises offers terraces to the apartments on the upper ground floor.
It is therefore with respect for the built heritage, with all the comforts of today that these buildings come back to life.
