3.5-room apartment (WHICH WILL BE FULLY RENOVATED) including:
- a fitted kitchen (new) with balcony
- a living room
- two bedrooms, one with a balcony
- a bathroom with shower or bathtub of choice
- a hallway
Important information:
Rent already adjusted after renovations, so no increase. 10% of the total flooring and painting bill will be charged to the tenant, except for the installation of parquet in the living room, which is offered. To carry out the work, we require a signed lease contract. Therefore, the apartment is to be re-rented with a lease for entry into force before being able to enjoy the apartment. (Work during this period). Rent must be paid immediately, and management will reimburse the net rent for the number of days the apartment could not be occupied by its tenant. Therefore, you should plan to be able to pay the rent without living there immediately.
Example:
Lease on March 1, 2025 (the rent for March and April 2025 must be paid by the tenant even if they will not live there). Move into the apartment after renovations, (approximately 2 months later) around May 1, 2025.
Management will reimburse the net rent for March and April 2025 at the end of the work settlement.
