Apartment with 100% concierge position
As part of the management of a rental building (2 towers of 15 floors), we are looking for a 100% concierge with a 4 or 5-room company accommodation depending on the application (number of people).
Your missions
Ensure the complete maintenance of interior and exterior common areas.
Ensure the cleanliness and good general condition of the building.
Carry out routine technical checks of the installations.
Take out, bring in and clean waste containers.
Maintain green spaces.
Carry out small repairs and maintenance work.
Report anomalies and ensure follow-up of interventions with the management and mandated companies.
Welcome and inform tenants and external stakeholders.
Participate in technical visits as needed.
Your profile
Proven experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of maintenance, cleaning and small repair work.
Organized, autonomous, versatile and conscientious person.
Sense of responsibility and excellent contact with tenants.
Proficiency in spoken and written French.
Start date: to be agreed, from January 2027.
