These rooms are designed for a student or a single person.
For the quality of your accommodation, they include:

Showers, washbasins, and toilets are shared on all floors.
For your daily needs, you will find a communal kitchen (with individual storage), a dining room/lounge with television, and a communal laundry room in the basement of the building.
Bedding, dishes, and kitchen utensils are not provided.
Rental conditions:
- indefinite contract
- minimum 6 months
- 3 months' notice of termination for the end of a month
(except end of December)
- rental guarantee: automatically concluded upon signing the lease
