The Dutch Tower on Waisenhausplatz was built in the 13th century as part of the second defensive belt of the city fortifications facing west.
The tower got its name from the Bernese soldiers who returned from Dutch service and regularly met in the tower to smoke tobacco. Smoking was forbidden in public at that time.
After a comprehensive renovation, we will be renting two exclusive studio apartments on the 2nd or 3rd floor in this historic building from December 1st, 2024 with the following features:
- High-quality parquet flooring
- wet room with shower
- Small kitchen with refrigerator, hob and built-in microwave
- Elevator available
- Cellar compartment available
