The small apartment building is in the middle of the "Gundeldinger district", a district in itself, close to the train station. The city center can be reached quickly and easily by tram. Nice restaurants and shops are also nearby. There we rent a beautiful 3-room apartment on the mezzanine floor with a large garden. The apartment is freshly renovated and has retained its old building flair. A newly fitted kitchen with every comfort with direct access to the living room, which has been lovingly furnished as a city oasis, two bedrooms with box spring beds, a small veranda with a large garden area. In this oasis you can relax after a hard day's work. TV and internet are available and included.
