The southwest-facing house with its large double-glazed windows, which are equipped with automatic blinds, offers a magnificent view of the Upper Surselva. The external façade is made of untreated larch slats. The construction includes a partially visible steel structure for the stabilization and earthquake safety of the building. The external wall construction includes unfired clay bricks, and a lime plaster was applied to the internal walls to ensure a balanced indoor climate. The ceilings are made of wood, and the floor is covered with hardwood fiberboard. The building was awarded the Bünder Holzbau Prize in 1999. A passageway was created to the building to the north when the building was constructed. There are additional offices and storage rooms here that can be rented.
