This original house is located in an idyllic setting of flowery meadows, fields, groves, forests and a nearby stream.
What better way to recharge your batteries than to live in harmony with nature and let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds? Here you can enjoy it every day!
In addition, the almost non-existent traffic and the absence of public lighting will satisfy people who are sensitive to nuisances.
The house is unique in that it is an authentic tobacco drying shed that has been completely renovated, leaving intact the entire exterior structure of these famous sheds so characteristic of Broye.
More specifically, a wooden habitable structure was built inside the hangar while leaving some traces of the original beams to mark the separation of the rooms and bring its share of character and authenticity.
The main level benefits from a vast open living space of almost 60 m2 which includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. A shower room with WC is also located on this level.
The upper floor includes another completely open space but it also has a mezzanine providing volume and brightness to the whole. An office area, an open bedroom and a hallway that could be used as a living room make up this part, in addition to another closed bedroom.
The numerous openings on the facade provide plenty of light to enjoy maximum sunshine from morning to evening, not to mention the unobstructed and breathtaking view of the countryside.

Historical
The shed dates back to 1900, but the renovation project was initiated and completed in 2008. The construction of the interior structure and all the finishing work was entrusted to local companies and craftsmen. In addition to the cellar, the house includes a storage room and an attic. The part between the habitable structure and the ridge of the roof is large enough to imagine one or even two more rooms. The house has not been inhabited.
