The building will be built north of rue de la Côte, east of the roundabout, in a grouped residential area.
Due to its location, the building will benefit from good sunshine and, some apartments, a view of Lake Neuchâtel.
Public transport (Bus No. 102) serves the building as far as Rue des Parcs (5 minutes, depending on traffic), then a walk (170m) provides access to the building.
