Upon entering, the apartment immediately welcomes you with the kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you need, open to the living area. Next to it is the dining table and opposite is the living room with the TV area and the two colorful yellow sofas where you can relax, read a book or watch a movie. This bright room offers garden views.

The spacious master bedroom also offers a practical desk, ideal for studying and working.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the Exhibition center and a 10-minute walk from the historic center, making it perfect for couples, but also for business stays and trade fairs.
