This modern, pet-free, non-smoking two-room apartment with careful furnishings welcomes you in the peace and quiet of Lake Maggiore. Inside Casa Leini, the living room, consisting of a sofa, an armchair and a television, offers a relaxing place to watch a film or read a book. Behind it, the kitchen opens to the living room, complete with appliances...everything you need to prepare your meals and feel at home.
Enjoy your meal time together with an indoor dining table for 4 /or outdoor area! Relaxing Adirondack deck chairs are also available for you to enjoy Ticino's mild seasonal climate all year round.
There are two bedrooms for four people, one with a double bed (sleeps two) and the other with two single beds ( single beds), which makes the apartment ideal for families with children, but also for groups of friends.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and one with a shower cubicle. You also have access to a private washing machine and dryer.
A set of towels for each person as well as bed linen, blankets and a toiletry kit are included in the price. We also provide you with a basket with the necessary items for a breakfast.
WiFi is free and available to guests.
Mandatory costs added to the total rental (payable directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 120 CHF
