In the lakeside village of Riva San Vitale, nestled in the picturesque old town, you will find in LA CASETTA DI RIVA the perfect nest for your relaxing holiday!
This lovely little house takes you on a journey back in time and welcomes you on its 3 levels in a unique atmosphere. On the 1st floor there is the dining area with a fireplace, a dining table with wooden benches, perfect for sharing meals with friends, and the original kitchen with electric hotplates, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home or to experiment with delicious local products from the Canton of Ticino. (WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and MUST NOT BE USED!).
Going up the stairs, on the 2nd floor we find the bathroom with toilet and bathtub and the living room with TV and a comfortable sofa for reading and relaxing, which can be transformed into a bed at night. On the 3rd floor is the master bedroom, complemented by a shower and a sink for private use.
Free WiFi for guests.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are paid public parking spaces a few minutes' walk away.
Mandatory fees that are added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 110 CHF
