The open space is enriched by a brand new kitchen, equipped with electrical appliances and everything necessary for cooking. The studio is spacious and has a double bed and a single sofa bed that can accommodate 1 extra person, for a total of 3 adults. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared upon your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa outside sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf closest to the sofa.)

The generous window in the living room overlooks the green garden next door and bathes every corner in natural light. The bathroom, equipped with a luxurious overhead shower, completes the comfort experience. With the convenience of a garage parking space, this apartment offers not only style but also functionality.

Wi-Fi is free and available to guests.

The apartment has a private parking space with a garage so it is covered to prevent bad weather.
