This three-room apartment, furnished with taste and flair, welcomes you in its living room, equipped with a sofa and a TV so you can watch movies in company and read in a relaxed manner while admiring the view from the window. The kitchen is complete and equipped with electrical appliances and everything you need. It is integrated into the dining room with a table for 4 people and a beautiful fireplace (only decorative). From here and from the living room you have access to the balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful landscape while sipping your morning coffee or a glass of local wine as an aperitif.
There are two bedrooms, both with double bed and with wardrobes for storage, one overlooking the lake, the other overlooking the greenery outside and with a desk for studying and working.
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
A set of towels for each person is included, along with bed linen and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the essentials for a breakfast.
The house does not have a private parking space, but it is possible to park in the public parking lot.
Free WiFi for guests.
Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.
Mandatory fees added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 120 CHF
