Ideally located in Grolley, halfway between Fribourg and Payerne, this 500m² craft and industrial hall was built in 2013 on a 500m² plot. It is composed of a craft hall, a staff apartment and several offices.
This building was renovated in 2020 and has been continuously maintained and improved in terms of energy.
It is equipped with photovoltaic solar panels for a surface area of 106.7m² and a power of 21.2kW. Thermal solar panels for the production of hot water complete this equipment. The office and the apartment benefit from underfloor heating. The halls are heated by aero-ventilators. Domestic hot water via solar thermal/gas.
Several outdoor spaces are available as well as space for storage.
The CECB was carried out before the installation of the photovoltaic panels. Therefore, the overall category score would be better at present.
