This project to be built is made up of 33 boxes intended for industrial, artisanal, service and administrative activities. The boxes all have a height of 8m and a surface area ranging from 123m² to approximately 152m² and it is possible to group several boxes together. They all have a 3.5mx 4m sectional door. The interior layout consists of a mezzanine area.
Each box benefits from at least one outdoor parking space to be purchased in addition at the price of CHF 12,000.00.
Construction has started and delivery is scheduled for fall 2024.
