A fee of CHF 150.00 for security supervision must be added to the rent (the community room at CHF 85.00 is already included in the rent). However, this fee may be covered by supplementary benefits.
Construction
Access to the buildings is easy and has gentle slopes. Both buildings are equipped with an elevator that meets accessibility standards and features voice announcements. The building entrance doors are automatic sliding doors.
The apartments are spacious and functional. There are no door thresholds, and the loggias are equipped with sliding glass doors. The bathrooms are designed according to accessibility standards, with barrier-free construction and a shower that is flush with the floor.
The apartments feature large windows, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a storage room, attic space, and all blinds are electric. The laundry rooms, located on each floor, are equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer on a raised platform.

The building's equipment, the provision of a common room, an activities service and a social liaison allow tenants to maintain social links with other tenants but also with the village.
Special Features
Those receiving supplementary benefits under the Old-Age and Survivors' Insurance (OASI) and Disability Insurance (DI) schemes can obtain several forms of state aid to help finance these rentals. These forms of aid are as follows:
- Maximum assistance for basic rent of Fr. 1,100.-/month for a single person and of Fr. 1,250.-/month for a couple;
- Assistance under the Law on Assistance to Persons Using Medical and Social Action (LAPRAMS) to finance the use of community premises (in our case, Fr. 85.-/month).
- Assistance under the LAPRAMS scheme to finance security supervision (Fr. 150.-/month),
- Assistance under the LAPRAMS to finance social support and activities, on a case-by-case basis, according to the proposed program, but up to a maximum of Fr. 100.-/month.
For other tenants, i.e. those not receiving PC AVS/AI benefits, these amounts will be their responsibility.
