- Heating: two split devices (on the ground floor and upstairs)
- Sanitary: WC washbasin under the stairs of the mezzanine
- Clear water: supply, stainless steel pipes (to be crimped, diameter 63 to 32) in each hall: 1 valve, 1 meter with remote reading
- Wastewater: EU pipe waiting in each hall with a diameter of 110 mm
- Rainwater: EP downpipes are made of insulated PVC. They pass through the interior of the halls. The columns are insulated against condensation and noise propagation. The entire roof is connected to the building's EP network.
- Electricity: A 25 AMP electrical distribution panel is installed in each hall. The switchboards are equipped with FI power 16A protection circuit breakers
light points and electrical outlets on each floor
- Internet / Telephone: A power supply is provided in each box.
- Parking space: The rental of a numbered parking space per hall is compulsory. Depending on the availability of the site additional parking spaces can be acquired.
