This exceptional property was erected in the 17th century at rue des Châteaux 7 and was partially renovated in 2005 and 2012. The property is built on 7 floors and the basements have long been used for a wine-growing function.

The location in the old town is unique, on the Rocher de la Majorie and with a view of the town hall, the castle of Valère, the Valais plain and the Alps, while being in a very quiet location set back restaurants and bars on rue du Grand-Pont.
